And by small, we mean no more than 1-4 people per class. So you’ll get LOTS of individual attention.

Our detail-oriented trainers will help guide you to your most efficient form.

You work at YOUR fitness level, slowly increasing load and performance.

Enjoy 2 classes per week for 6 weeks.

Good for Smart Strength and Kettlebell classes.

$445 (plus tax) for the entire 6 week program. That’s only $37 per session - an incredible value for small group personal training!
